1. All work shall be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards and best practices.
2. All work must comply with or exceed current local and state building codes and ordinances. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits unless otherwise specified in writing.
3. Contractor shall maintain a safe, clean worksite at all times. All construction debris shall be removed from the property within 24 hours of completion of each trade or phase.
