SECTION 1 — DEFINITION OF SHORT-TERM RENTAL
For purposes of this Addendum, a "Short-Term Rental" is defined as any rental, sublease, license, or occupancy arrangement of the Property, or any portion thereof, for a period of fewer than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, whether or not compensation is received.
This definition includes, without limitation, any arrangement facilitated through:

  • VRBO (vrbo.com)
  • HomeAway (homeaway.com)
  • FlipKey (flipkey.com)
