Both Landlord and Tenant(s) shall jointly inspect the property and document the condition of each item listed below. For each item, rate the condition using the following scale:
E = Excellent (like new, no wear)
G = Good (normal, minor wear acceptable)
F = Fair (visible wear, minor damage)
P = Poor (significant wear or damage)
D = Damaged (broken, non-functional, major damage)
N/A = Not Applicable
In the "Comments" section, note specific damage, stains, odors, missing items, needed repairs, or any other observations. Use additional paper if needed. Both parties must sign this document indicating they agree with the documented condition.
