FULL DISCLOSURE OF SUBJECT-TO STRUCTURE
This is a "subject-to" purchase, which means the following:
I will take title to the property AND will assume responsibility for paying the existing mortgage to [Lender Name]. The original loan will remain in the seller's name, but I will make all monthly payments and handle all obligations to the lender. You will be relieved of the payment responsibility. However, you should understand that technically the loan may still appear on your credit report as open.
