I'm calling you today because I'm a real estate investor here in [City/County], and I've been working in your neighborhood and I came across some information about your property at [Property Address]. Do you have a quick minute to talk?" (Pause for response.) If YES: Continue to INTRODUCTION If NO: "No problem at all! I'll make this really quick - just takes about 30 seconds. [Pause] Have you considered selling the property at [Property Address]?" === INTRODUCTION === (If they say they're busy, acknowledge it.) "I appreciate you picking up.
